We welcome your orders and guarantee the books will arrive in good condition. If damage is done during shipping, we will replace the merchandise free of charge.

GRA is an international bookseller and distributor. We sell books to individuals, wholesalers, jobbers, distributors, commercial and college bookstores.

Individual Orders:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and payment in advance.
  
• Credit Card: For your first order, please complete internet form completely or fax or phone your credit number to us.
  
• Check or Money Order: All payments must be in U.S. currency or draft on a U.S. bank. Payment may be made by organizational or personal check or by money order. If you figure the amount, you may send us a check to cover the amount and we'll send you the merchandise. If you want us to figure the amount, we'll e-mail you the amount to you and you can send us a check. Please make checks out to: Global Risk Assessments, Inc.
  
• Cash: Please do not send us cash.
  
• Return Policy: You may return any book within 10 days following receipt of merchandise. Returned books must be in resaleable condition, and sent postpaid and insured. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
  
• Academics: Please contact us for details on desk copy or review copy information where books are intended for textbook use.
  

We do not ship C.O.D.
Add 7.75% sales tax to orders shipped within California.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Bulk Orders:

• Bulk and wholesale purchase discounts apply on GRA books only. For details contact us.
  
• Commercial orders can be accepted by internet, phone, fax, e-mail or regular mail.
  
• Provide your purchase order number and complete handling instructions upon ordering.
  
• All payments must be in U.S. currency or draft on a U.S. correspondent bank. Please make checks out to Global Risk Assessments, Inc.
  
• Unless prior permission is obtained, all orders must be held for 90 days after receipt by the customer prior to return. Permission must be obtained prior to return.
  
• All returned books must be in resaleable condition. The commercial customer will assume delivery costs of returned merchandise. No C.O.D. returns please. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic shipping charges are charged to the customer.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders within the U.S. are shipped fourth class, either book rate or library rate. Please all 4-6 weeks for delivery.

If we ship via standard U.S. mail or U.P.S. regular rates apply.

We can ship via the following expedited services in the U.S. and Canada.

• Overnight
• 2-day
• 3-day

We add the additional cost of expedited shipping to the cost of your order. If you prefer some other type of expedited service, please let us know.

Foreign shipping:

The cost of shipping outside the continental United States is based on weight and destination.

We normally ship via surface Parcel Post. It is fairly slow (6-8 weeks) but is economical and fully ensureable

We also ship via the following methods:

United States Post Office Express Mail. It is relatively cheap and insurable. The package arrives in the receiving country within 72 hours and the rest of the time depends on the postal service of the receiving country. Lower cost option good for shipments needed within a relatively short time.

UPS Worldwide Express (available for most countries) offers instant tracking, complete insureability and (usually) 2-4 day delivery. Higher priced option good for shipments needed within an exact period of time.

We add the cost of shipping to the cost of our order. If you prefer some other type expedited service please let us know.
