Christopher Gora is a lawyer with Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy in Vancouver, Canada with experience advising companies in a wide variety of transactional and litigation contexts. He clerked for the Supreme Court of Canada as well as the Federal Court of Canada and has been involved in a number of constitutional and civil liberties cases. Stephen Nairne is Trade Commissioner at Vancouver’s International Trade Centre and a sessional faculty member at the University of British Columbia, where he teaches “Country Risk Analysis in Developing Countries.” He consults regularly for enterprises in the areas of market selection, risk assessment and project design.
